The Mutual Self-Help program allows families to design and build their own homes in colonias and rural communities within Cameron and Willacy counties. These communities include, but are not limited to: La Paloma, Sebastian, Cameron Park, Bent Tree, Laguna Heights and Valle Escondido.
By participating in this program, families build their dreams and also build communities.
